Redeeming the time

"Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time."
Colossians 4:5
I read in a commentary on this the following:
According to USA today, the average American will spend six months of his life waiting at red lights. People say, "I just don't have time to pray". But what if they decided that at every red light they would pray for people in the Fellowship, or people who don't know JESUS? WHat if they decided to keep an open Bible on the seat next to them in order to read a verse or two during every red light?

I presume that if people read the bible during the red light, they may bless their fellow road users by
1) missing the changing of the colours and adding extra time to those queued behind them (add 20mins if reading Psalm 119)
2) calling down biblical curses upon those cutting up people up
3) developing divine appointments with other drivers by parking their car into the back of those infront.

We had to have 3 points like every good sermon :0)
